This acquisition brings together two of the strongest directors and officers liability insurance practices under one roof. The new team includes three senior directors: Susan Miner, Norman Allen and Lauri Floresca. In addition, several account management personnel joined WS&Co. to ensure consistency with the transition of more than 60 public company clients. With this addition of talent, Woodruff-Sawyer's Corporate and Executive Protection practice counts some 72 professionals, focused on providing a client-focused, holistic approach to solving executive risk and liability issues.
We are excited to bring clients new materials and decision tools that we have developed through the collaboration of our expanded team of experts. Legacy clients of both firms will find some familiar services as well as new ideas that merge the best innovations from two highly regarded D&O specialists. Our data-centric approach gives clients the necessary tools to make informed decisions about executive liability risk management.
