Ron Packouz, Sr. Vice President, So. California Practice Leader
Ron Packouz joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2005 to lead the firm’s Southern California operation and has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s direction and growth within the Southern California marketplace. As Head of Office, he oversees business development activities and drives the company vision and marketing. Ron also serves as a senior consultant to national and multinational publicly traded companies. He specializes in client counseling, claims resolution and strategic program development and analysis.
Ron has been working in the insurance industry since 1973, and uses his track record of success and innovation to assist Woodruff-Sawyer’s clients by assessing their risks and by finding meaningful ways of treating or mitigating that risk.
Most recently, Ron was Managing Director for Marsh in Los Angeles, where he headed their Industry Practices and played a key role in business development. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Ron was the Sales Practice Leader for Marsh in their Portland, Oregon office and was responsible for the Northwest Technology Practice.
Ron graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Finance and Insurance.
