Noelle Rodier, Senior Vice President/ Account Executive, Risk Management

Noelle has 14 years of experience in the brokerage/consulting industry, with particular expertise in the technology sector. In her current role, she works with our larger clients with complex exposures to develop their insurance programs and internal risk processes. Towards this end, she provides deliverables and solutions that can assist in risk identification, program design, cost containment and loss mitigation.

Her career began at national brokerage firm Sedgwick (now Marsh), where she was an account executive. She eventually moved on to Minet/ABD, where she became a Vice President and team leader of the firm’s Technology division before joining Woodruff-Sawyer in 2006. She has extensive experience working with software, hardware and semiconductor companies, as well as those in the life science arena, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Her work with such clients has also helped her gain expertise in the development of large international programs. Noelle has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
