Michael Ferraro, Senior Vice President

Mike specializes in developing and implementing directors and officers (D&O) liability programs. With over 13 years of brokerage experience, he has negotiated all aspects of both public and private company D&O programs, ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. His breadth of experience also includes significant work relating to cross-border and international D&O risk exposures. 

Mike is the partner-in-charge of Woodruff-Sawyer’s Assurex Global Partner D&O Wholesale Brokerage. In this role, Mike implements strategic partnerships with other brokers in the Assurex Global Network.  Our broker partners draw upon our firm's and specifically upon Mike’s industry-leading D&O expertise in marketing and policy negotiations to serve their clients and to help them to further develop their own D&O proficiencies. Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Mike worked for brokerage firms Aon and Marsh.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.
