Michael Ferraro, Vice President
Mike specializes in developing and implementing directors and officers (D&O) liability programs. With over 10 years of brokerage experience, he has negotiated all aspects of both public and private company D&O programs, ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. He has experience in working with both national and multinational corporations, and therefore has expertise with international exposures as well. Mike is also responsible for all of Woodruff-Sawyer’s Assurex Global partner business, which includes implementing strategic partnerships with other brokers in the network. Our broker partners draw upon our firm's industry-leading D&O expertise in marketing and policy negotiations, as well as our knowledgeable and in-depth in-house resources, to serve their clients and to help them to further develop their own D&O proficiencies. Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer in 1999, Mike worked for brokerage firms Aon and Marsh. He earned his bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.
