Melody SilbersteinMelody Silberstein, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Melody joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2001 and is responsible for developing organizational capability and ensuring that Woodruff-Sawyer employs highly-qualified individuals to deliver outstanding client service throughout all levels of the organization.

Melody serves on both the Executive and Operating Committees and partners with executive management to help shape the direction and culture of the company.  She refines and develops strategies to enhance organizational capability, and ensures the HR team is effectively aligned with driving the strategic goals and mission statement of the company.

Melody has extensive experience building strategic and consultative HR functions, leading and developing high performing teams and partnering with management to achieve organizational goals.

Before joining Woodruff-Sawyer, she was the Managing Director of People Operations for Scient.  Prior to that, Melody was a Principal at Arthur Andersen, serving as the Pacific Region Director of Employee Relations.

Melody served as a board member of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA) from 2004-2010 and was Governing Board President in 2009. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Melody earned her B.S. degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
