Ken Drummer, Sr. VP / Senior Consultant, Benefits
Ken specializes in helping employers design and implement flexible benefits, health care cost management and absence management programs. During his career he has worked with companies of all sizes, in many different industries and in both the private and public sectors. Ken has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry and in employee benefits consulting. Before joining Woodruff-Sawyer, he was a senior consultant with several national human resource consulting firms including Watson Wyatt, Aon Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand and Towers Perrin. Prior to that, he worked in the HMO industry where he was both a medical group administrator and consultant. Ken is a graduate of Cornell University (BS) and the University of California at Los Angeles (MPH).
