Richard (Dick) Bohling, Chief Financial Officer

Dick joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2001 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Dick is a member of the Operating Committee, Executive Team, M&A Committee and the ESOP Board of Trustees. He is responsible for all corporate financial functions including management of trust accounting, general accounting, payroll and retirement benefits, credit and collections functions, and the equity plans.

Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Dick spent over 20 years in corporate and regional positions for Acordia, Aon, and Sedgwick, with experience in acquisitions, systems, office administration and management accounting. Dick earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) professional designations.
