Clark Morton, Vice President

Clark has been providing his clients with risk management and insurance counsel for over ten years. In his current role with Woodruff-Sawyer, Clark works with companies ranging from start-ups to multinational firms with a particular focus on technology, biotech/life sciences companies and financial services firms. Clark provides his clients with comprehensive strategic guidance and advice on risk mitigation, risk management and insurance program design and implementation with a focus on overall cost containment.

Clark is a member of Woodruff-Sawyer’s Corporate & Executive Protection (D&O), Property & Casualty and Financial Services practice groups, where he designs and implements custom insurance solutions for private and public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He speaks nationally on insurance and risk management related topics and has been a member of the faculty at the Practicing Law Institute.

Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Clark worked in the financial services industry, where he provided clients with insurance, employee benefits and investment counsel. He is a graduate from the University of Oregon, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business administration.
