Andy Barrengos

Andy is an expert in strategic planning, risk management, program design and new product development. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Andy has worked exclusively with technology companies with a focus in errors & omissions liability, intellectual property, cyber liability and directors & officers liability.

Andy joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 1996 after 11 years in underwriting and brokerage positions with Chubb & Son and Sedgwick. Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, he was an underwriting manager with Chubb’s technology practice and later became a broker with Sedgwick in San Francisco, where his focus was on technology companies.

Andy serves on St. Paul’s national advisory council, Galileo, and participates in the product development efforts of major technology insurers. He is also on Woodruff-Sawyer’s Board of Directors.

Andy earned his bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
