Government Guidance on Grandfathered Plans

The Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Treasury have published interim final rules relating to “grandfathered” health care plans under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This podcast will provide employers a better understanding of what grandfathered status is, how health plans may qualify for or lose such status and the possible benefits and drawbacks of maintaining grandfathered status.
